3D Logos and Textures

I am new to 3D Invigorator and After Effects. I have AE 5.5 and 3D Invig. 3.0.2. I have been using Boris Red to turn simple logos into extruded ones. I cannot figure out how to apply a texture or material to the face of the extrusion. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
