  3d Flag Crashing After Effect! Have a deadline!

  I have used 3d flag in a video that I am creating in After Effects. This is a very big screen presentation at 3500 x 1050.
  I added an effect two weeks ago, at the front of the video, and it worked great. Friday I added another 3d flag effect at the end on the video, and it crashed
  After Effects. I removed the effect, and I can bring up the timeline anywhere, and it runs fine. When I move to the first effect, it causes AE to crash. I message comes up and says there was an error loading the plug in 3d flag, and it lets me save, and then closes AE. Any suggestiong?

  Running AE 6.5 on a G5 dual 2 gig box, with 4 gigs of ram.
