3D compositions into other composition
I’ve seen a project in which there are a few cubes turning around in circles, each one oh these cubes is a composition, inside this comp,you can see the 5 sides (no the bottom one since is supossed to be on the ground with a reflection) the sides are also comps, but I’m guessing that’s so the reflecting effect can be done. Now, Im trying to create a locker in AE i have it all in one comp (in 3d), only the door is in a different comp, in 3d aswell, but once I want to “open” the locker’s door, the door is flat, not 3d, What amI missing??? I know it can be done like in that cubes priject Ive seen, but Iam not very experienced with AF

Check the Collapse Transformations/Continuously Rasterize switch on the Precomp layer for your 3d door.
