We’ve found that if you have the Panasonic DV codec installed, 3.0.2 will crash when loading DV AVIs. So the answer (for now) is to remove the Panasonic DV codec either using a tool like Codec Sniper, or by using Windows to remove the codec.

It starts with “pdv” — I think “pdvcodec.dll”.
