30 machine buildout
30 machines using Final Cut Pro 7. The idea is to create a SAN that can be accessed for capture and editing. The machines are not purchased yet. Can 30 iMacs connected to Gigabit Switches leading to a 10Gb switch connecting a RAID array with 2 10GbE NICs handle this? Do I need the the new Dual Thunderbolt/Dual 4Gbs switch per two machines and a fiber fabric to go with? Are fiber connected Power Macs the only way to go?
