    Most times the trick is to storyboard your animation really well and to find those moments where you can easily match in and out frames (ex- where camera stands still and there are a few frames where the image does not change). Then “cut” your animation to pieces and animate in chronological order (easy to match in frame of second clip with out frame of first clip and so on..)

    Thanks for the advice, I guess I going to have to use a lot of pre-comps to organize everything and also to do faster renders.
