  29,97p video in 30p timeline

  Hello everyone,

  so I did some research in this forum but couldn’t find any specific answer for my question.

  Let’s say I want to deliver a video for YouTube, so I’ll create a 30p timeline in FCP; can I import my 30p (29,97p) footage from my FS5 and call it a day or will I have to interpret the footage as 30p? I only have internal audio. I previously had a Blackmagic camera that allowed me to shoot true 30p video so I’m quite new on this topic.
