25P in in FCP- plea
I’ve read Noah Kadner’s piece on the Larry Jordan site about capturing 24P in FCP. Can’t find any information on capturing 25P in FCP, though and understand that this info is not easy to get by. (not that I’m ready to capture, still waiting for my DVX 100BE, due to arrive in the next week and a half!)
Does anyone know the correct settings for capturing 25P in squeeze mode? And the Compressor 2 settings for exporting to DVD Studio Pro 4?Thanks in advance for helping out!

it’s very easy if you haven’t found out yet. you just digitise it in as is, you don’t need any ‘advance pull down’ or anything. basically if you’re using squeezed DVX footage, dig it in as anamorphic 16:9 whether 25p/50i/whatever…your NLE should sort it out and you should see it as proper widescreen when digitised.
