24PA dilemma
I’ve already digitized, a 24PA, project in 30i, the show has already been part way edited. Is there any way to bring it back to 24 without redigitizing or losing quality?
Alternatively, can the 30i project I currently have (that was shot in 24PA) be effectively mastered to 25 PAL in the end?

It certainly is easier to create PAL from either a 24p edited master or a 30i master that has continuous 2:3 cadence (NORMAL). In your case, you have both ADVANCED and broken cadence at edit points because of the project type.
You can always take your 30i master and run in through a Teranex or other like device to create a PAL master and see what that gives you, or take the time to recapture your film as 24p native via an EDL conversion of your existing timeline.
