Okay, so I’ve been having trouble with my frame rates a bunch here and I had some luck on the FCP board with help with the video but now I’m having issue with the audio.

I shot 24p normal, captured 30fps and then had trouble with web export, but I got that figured out by reverse telecining the footage with Cinema Tools. Now, with audio I had the bright idea of exporting my audio as one clip and then opening that in STP so that I could effect the whole clip all as one as opposed to going in clip by clip and adding my effects. However when I put the single audio source on my timeline in FCP it is out of sync. Does this have anything to do with STP or is this just because when I exported from FCP it conformed the audio to 29.97 thus putting it out of sync? Or when I reverse telecini does it even effect the audio? Could my clips now be 24p and my audio still be synced to 29.97? Is there a way to use STP or FCP to get the audio at the correct rate? Or should I just forget exporting a large clip and do it the hard way, clip by clip.

Sorry that’s a lot of questions, hopefully someone has some insight.
