  24f film Project using FCP

  Hi,

  I am about to start a PAL film project. The film will be shot at 24fps and we will use the 24@25 option in FCP to edit it. On a previous film I had rushes telecined to Beta SP which went in fine but when i tried to use the print to tape option it would not lock up to the correct TC. Is this a 24 to 25 fps problem with FCP? Also I was wondering whether it would be better to get our rushes telecined to DVCAM tape and load in from a DVCAM deck and then output to DVCAM using the print to tape, do you think this would solve the problem? We are using a Blackmagic card…..Any help would be greatly appreciated!
