My Premiere Pro crashes every time I try to setup a file at 241 x 181. Furthermore, I had a file at 320 x 240 and tried to export via windows media encoder at 241 x 181 and it crashed in that too. Any help out there?
    Much appreciated.

Hmmm, strange indeed… So, have you actually tried exporting uncompressed to the standalone version of Windows Media encoder, or just through Premiere’s encoder?

Those crashes are often a cause of the original codec used; what’s the format of the original file ?

If your dimensions are not evenlu divisible by 8, you are asking for trouble.

I’ve tried both, using the existing file setting at 320×240 and exporting via premiere at 241×181 and I created a new project file with the footage I was using and set everything up according to the new size (241×181) i received. Premiere would export to that size at all. The original footage is 320×240.

Can you briefly explain why that is? Man, this is making me feel like a newbie.
