If you mean computer monitor, get a Dell 24″ monitor. Around $250.
If you mean something to view video on as a color reference monitor, the cheapest monitor I can recommend is the 17″ FSI 1760W which is about $2,500 US. That’s the lowest cost quality video reference monitor I’ve ever seen.
