  23.98 5D footage to 29.97 pulldown

  Hi folks. So I’ve edited a piece that I shot on a 5D in 23.98 and converted with mpeg stream clip to ProRes 422. I’ve edited it in a ProRes 23.98p sequence in Final Cut Pro.

  It turns out that it will need to go to broadcast, and I need to make the video drop frame, but the option isn’t present for 23.98 sequences. So I need help applying a 3:2 pulldown and I have no idea how to do so.

  Lastly, and potentially most unfortunately, I do not have the original raw footage from the 5D, only prores files.
