23.976 video footage help…
Hello all! I have a quicktime (Video and Audio) file that is at a frame rate of 23.976. How do I convert this to 29.97 within After Effects? I am at a loss…Do I do a 3:2 pulldown on it? If so where? Do I seperate fields? How do I setup the output? Thanks!!!

Put it on a 23.976 timeline. Choose add to render queue. then under render option change the frame rate to 29.97 and make sure the field option is lower first and that the cadence for the 3:2 pulldown is one on the list, I usually use the first one or so. render it out and it will create the pulldown.
