  23.97 or 29.97 project settings?

  Hello,

  I’m working on a project that was shot on a Panasonic DVX100A. They shot on 24p, but from MY DV history, all DV runs at 29.97 and when you use firewire to digitize, it’s 29.97. With that said, how should I set my “New Projects” settings? Should they be at a 23.97 project or 29.97 project? what is the difference between the two?
