I have a chance to upgrade a small edit system we put together at work with PP Pro and aCanopus DV Storm Pro+. I have a 13″ production monitor, but a 15″ monitor is way too small for editing. I wish we had enough room for a dual monitor display, but one will have to do. What make should I explore? Viewsonic? Lacie? and what size? Thanks.

I am checking into a Viewsonic 20.1″ VP201B Black Monitor. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Since you can’t get a dual monitor, you might try a 16×9 format LCD monitor. Viewsonic makes the VP2031wb, which max resolution is 1920×1200. You would be ready for HD and have a good wide screen for your windows on a single card.
