    Hi,
I need to author a two hour doc with 9 chapter titles. I don’t think the standard 4.7 gig will hold all that. Does anyone know of a larger disc that is compatible with apple g4 running dvd studio pro 2? Can I just use the double sided? If I can, then it seems the only drawback would be that there would be no space for a label.
Also, do dvd players recognize the 8.1?GB DVD-R discs the same way as the 4.7GB DVD-R discs?
    Thanks,
    MK

You can easily fit a 2 hour program on a standard DVD-5. But if you want something larger you could always go with a Dual layer disc. If you’re going to be replicating it though most replication places won’t take DL discs. Most of the time for replication you’ll have to use 2 DLT tapes with Layer 0 on one tape and Layer 1 on the other tape.
