16:9 output from DVDA not working?
I am trying to output to widescreen 16:9 format.
The vegas project is set to render DVDA Widescreen, 16:9. When I check this intermediate file it is in widescreen format.
I set the DVDA project to MPEG2, Aspect ratio 16:9, resolution 720×480 NTSC. When I view the project in DVDA it is in widescreen format but the final burn (VOB file and DVD) are NOT in widescreen. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing a setting in DVDA?

Make sure your software for viewing and DVD player are set to 16:9. It should be in the settings.
If everything else is showing correctly and only your playback software (for the VOB) and DVD player display it wrongly, I would look there.
