    hi all,
i’m having some problems with the search function so forgive me if i repeat.

i need to create some content for a jumbotron and it’s 16:9

how do i set up my AE comp?

there was a thread that said something like set u’re comp to square pix at like 848 x 480, then when u render it out stretch to 720 x 480?

    does this sound right…

i’d go back to the thread, but i’m getting an error when i do?

    help

is it a jumbotron, or daxtronics, or Diamond vision? Depending on the video flow(hd,sdi, analog) and the videoboard processer will dictate your comp size. Some stretch, some crop, some leave it like it is.

I’m not sure about jumbotron, but you can always set your project as 720 x 480 with the widescreen pixel aspect ratio…not sure if that’s what you are looking for or not…

    Cheers!

I agree. You might have to work to find someone who knows what they’re talking about, but it’s necessary.
