15-inch: 2.7GHz with Retina MacBook Pro Performance with AE?
I am in desperate need of a new editing/AE machine and I seriously thinking about this MacBook Pro:
15-inch: 2.7GHz
with Retina display2.7GHz quad-core Intel Core i7
Turbo Boost up to 3.7GHz
16GB 1600MHz memory
512GB flash storage1
Intel HD Graphics 4000
NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M with 1GB of GDDR5 memoryDoes anybody have experience rendering sequences out of AE using the latest MacBook Pros? Please, any info you can give would be great, as I need to get a new machine ASAP.

That’s the machine I’m typing on right now. I like it as a mobile machine for After Effects. I do heavy rendering on my HP workstation, but the MacBook Pro is good for most design work.
