  1280×720 on 1920×1080 canvas?

  I have a G5 and a Kona 3. I’d like to bring a 720p/60 originated clip into a 1080i sequence without scaling it up, so when you looked at the final result, you’d see the clip
  in a 1280×720 box surrounded by black on the 1920×1080 canvas. Is this possible, and if so, could someone please tell me how to do it? Many thanks. –Fred
