1080i 29.97 to 1080psf 23.98 conversion?
Besides using After Effects, is there another way to do this?
Cinema Tools has a “conform function” that is virtually instantaneous.
If not, has anyone written a script to do this?

Other than using an AJA card or the likes, I find After Effects the easiest for this.
