I am working on an experimental project that is using multiple cameras. The principle camera is the Canon 5dmark2 (1080 at h.264). The second video camera is the Leica dlux4 which shoots 720 .mov files with a photo jpeg compression. There will also be still images in the film from a grainy analog camera. The footage does not have to match perfectly but I want it to be close. I converted both to DVCPRO HD 1080i60 in MPEG Streamclip and it looks OK but the 720 footage isn’t holding up as well. Wondering if i should bring the Canon footage down to 720. I have never worked in 720 so i’m not sure what the difference is. Thanks
