    1080 25p FCP/AJA settings for SD delivery

    I have a project all shot 25p HD converted to ProRes 25p HD 1080. I need to deliver on DigiBeta (SD). Any recommendations to the FCP timeline settings, and AJA? The media seems to play back better in a FCP upper field dominance setting – it stutters with field dominance set to none. The Kona Lhe card is set to 1080i25 (Native) – maybe why it stuttered – with Secondary on 625i25 as I’m monitoring through a conventional SD component CRT (as I’m delivering SD 625i25 – or maybe 625psf25?).

    Use the 1080 25i settings and you should not have any issues with Downconversion.
