AJA has just released a new 9.0.3 software version for KONA users that solves a possible Kernel Panic problem for users working with OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard). Other additional improvements are included with this new version as well.

This thread helped make my morning less crappy…. THANK YOU AJA for making this updated driver available, and for the OP for posting his issue of the kernal panic or I would probably still be troubleshooting things.

Since moving from the linear editing world and re-training on Avid in 1998, I learned to never do any upgrades in mid-project. Today was a perfect example of how I will stick to that mantra.
