I’m getting an error when trying to install 10.0.2 on my Windows 7 system. I get a dialog box saying:

The cabinet file “product.cab” required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

I was running Resolve 9 just fine on this machine. But haven’t yet tried V10.

    Thanks.

Hi, can you download, again, v10.0.2 from the BMD support web site. Uninstall v9 then install v10.

Peter, V9 seems uninstalled now. Although I didn’t manually uninstall it, but rather tried upgrading it, it is now somehow gone from my drive.

You think I should download V10 again because you think it is corrupted?
    Thanks.
