10 bit color correction
does anyone know if the FCP 3 way Color Corrector Filter has been fixed in FCP version 5.1.2 so it can render in 10-bit without color shifting?

Nope. You correct it…. it looks OK and it totally shifts when you render it. At least in HD.

I have never seen a shift with FCP 5.1.2 and a Kona 2 with the latest drivers in either HD or SD. It will shift in the canvas, but not on the monitor.
