1-sec “image flashes” during beginning of clips
right I have made a video composed of many clips and this weird thing that keeps happening is that during the beginning of some of the clips there is a “1 second” (approx) frame of somewhere in that clip (could be from the end but not sure) inserted at the very beginning which is uncomfortable on the eyes and lessens the professional look greatly.

please help – what happens is that in the beginning of some of the video clips I get a “1st frame” that is random (or at least definitely not the first frame)
