Digital Domain Appoints Industry Veteran Patrick Davenport as Executive Vice President, Operations

Digital Domain, the Academy Award®-winning visual effects and digital production company, today announced the appointment of Patrick Davenport as Executive Vice President, Operations. With over 3 decades of experience in visual effects, post-production, and creative services, Davenport will lead the company’s global operations strategy and support its next phase of growth. His appointment underscores Digital Domain’s commitment to industry client’s and innovation. By enhancing operational capabilities, Davenport will help set new standards for creative excellence and efficiency as demand for advanced visual storytelling continues to rise.

Davenport has a proven record of building teams and scaling creative organizations globally. He has held executive roles, including President of Ghost VFX, Chief Operating Officer at Method Studios, and Chief Operating Officer, Global Advertising at MPC. In these positions, he managed global operations, streamlined workflows, and built high-performing international teams. 

In his new role, Davenport will work closely with Sudhir Reddy, President of Global VFX Business, to strengthen operations, advance strategic goals, and support Digital Domain’s global expansion. His immediate priorities include implementing improved cross-location workflow systems and developing talent acquisition and training programs. Reporting to Reddy, Davenport will collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational alignment and position the company for long-term success.
