I used Vegas to render my timeline to 1920×1080 blu ray at 25fps progressive.

In DVD architect, there is no 25fps progressive, only interlaced.

    Does anyone know a workaround?

No, because Blu-ray is a standard and 1080-25p is not part of that standard. The allowable frame rates for Blu-ray are:

    1920×1080 @ 60i, 50i, & 24p (both 24.0 & 23.976)
    1280×720 @ 30p, 25p, & 24p (both 24.0 & 23.976)

So if you want progressive you need to drop your resolution down to 1280×720 or else deliver in 1920×1080 at 24p.

..try dropping your progressive render in the 50i template and see if it works … never try this, but 60i works without any DVDarch complaints with 30p rendered files….. at least on DVD ….

    good luck
