    Sometimes the frames AE has cached can get corrupted or suffer other oddities and they simply need to be flushed and replaced with good frames. Try doing Edit>Purge>Purge All. This clears your cache and will usually remedy the problem.

    Once you clear the cache, re-render and see if it’s still occurring.

    Thanks for the help, unfortunately it didn’t work, I tried twice. Is there anything else I could do?

    I figured out what was wrong, it was the video file. I had to convert the video file to .wmv for the problem not to happen. I was using a JVC digital video camera to record and the videos were saved in .mod format and I changed them to .mpg for the video(not by converting the video, but by changing the extension)
