moving line and arrow

February 16, 2007 at 5:44 pmI ended up getting pretty much what I needed by messing around in AfterEffects. I wish I knew more about how to use that program.
I will post a link to this project when I’m done. I’m trying a lot of new things.

February 19, 2007 at 5:23 pmYou “could” do similar effects using just Vegas Pan/Crop or Track Motion and a graphic element with a transparent background created in photoshop, but it depends on what you are trying to achieve- if you are trying to do the “Indiana Jones” style map line that gets tricky, it’s better to use a 2D animation software. I think you can get a really cut down version of ToonBoom studio for free.
