  How to make a point size emitter larger?

  I want to make a simple lower third by running a star trail across the bottom of the screen. This is easy enough. However, the resulting trail is a thin horizontal line too thin to cover up text. How can I make it a thick horizontal line? If there is a way to change the point size emitter into a circle, a square, or a line, then I’m golden.

  I tried changing all the visible parameters but none of them affects the size of the emitter.

  I also have AE. The emitter size can be changed easily, but I thought with a preset star trail, it would be easier to make this lower third in PI.

  If you right-click on the emitter in the stage window, you can choose a circle, oval, area or add a point to make it a line emitter.
