I am pretty sure I am on the right path here as to figuring out why this happens so let me explain first.

I use Mo-Text to create text, apply fillet-caps etc… then make object editable then connect & delete to drop it in a Voronoi fracture.

It works like it’s supposed to but the text faces seem to get “pillow” effect on them. So I am thinking that it has to do with the segments or the way the object is connected together. When I use optimize and close holes on voronoi it makes the “pillow” effect on the faces. I want to keep them looking as original until fracture.

I know it’s probably something simple like segments or a tick box but everything I try i.e. bumping up segments etc still produce this undesired effect.

I can post pictures if need be, but I think I explained it enough for someone to help.

    Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by pillow effect. Can you post a scene, or at least a screen shot?
