  Best Tool To Close A Complex Mesh?

  I have run into this problem a couple times now but never got around to asking the best way to handle it… I’ve taken a complete mesh of a person and deleted all but the head. I need to close the gaping hole at the bottom of the mesh so I can cut it with Thrausi, what is the best tool to do this with? Workflows, tutorials are welcome, thanks so much

  depends on how clean the geometry is, if the geometry is correct Close Polygon Hole would be the easiest

  From your description I’d go for the close polygon hole tool as Brian suggested. If you need a nice clean mesh then you’ll need to use the knife tool to make cuts on the new face.
