I have some spot lights cloned to a plane to make a pseudo “lightwall” The problem is that it is only lighting some of the spots like there is a map on it, but I can’t figure out why.

    Any thoughts?

Didn’t work. I just exported a compositing file, turned off the illumination here, and used optical flares in AE

I am having the same problem. Have you found out a solution in C4D? I see you just went with using optical flairs but did you go back to figure out why some lights in the C4D scene didnt light up?

nope, no sollution, and I literally checked or adjusted every setting. I also threw the lights into the cloner by them selves, and with other lights, strange. I got r13 last week so hopefully it is fixed there.

there wasn’t anything I saw in the pics you posted, without seeing the scene file itself I couldn’t guess myself.
