Odd hand glitch
Hello,
Right now I am having a problem with rigging a hand. For some odd reason, every time I move a joint that would move the arm or the hand, the hand polygons stretch out and look like spikes. Here is an image to show you what I mean.

https://img23.imageshack.us/my.php?image=handglitch02.jpgHow I did the rig was simply making the skeleton and then binding it to the hand. Is there something else I should have done first or any way I could fix this? If anyone has an idea of what to do, I would be greatly appreciated.
