  Hose between 2 objects: point me in the right direction

  I’ve explored different methods, but I’m curious what the board suggests:

  I’m making an old tyme deep sea diver with an air hose going from his helmet to his boat or a submarine, whatever.

  What’s the best way to keep it so the ends of the hose can be parented to his helmut and the boat, respectively? I dont care if the hose stretches unrealistically.

  And what’d be really hot is if I could give it a sag from gravity, but one step at a time.

  Here is another option.It is the second part of the series. You dont need to watch the first but its pretty good for learning the range mapper. If i had to pick just one tutorial as an introduction to xpresso this would be it.

  in short you use an expression to hold the point to a null. And then you control the null with xpresso too. I used this method to swing a light fixture just yesterday.
