File menu > Export > Quicktime Movie w/ Current Settings and Make Movie Self Contained

Failing that you need to better explain what you are trying to do Robert. Are the setting listed your target format or your source format or both. If not both, what are your source/target settings?

    Cheers

no problem at all, I even think it’s a format template that comes within FCP. So what you need to is selecting in export option.

    Cheers,

    Thanks for your help Andy,

    My source is

    Video: QTime.
    Codec: DVCPRO50.
    Standard: NTSC.
    Resolution: 720×480.
    Frame rate: 29.97fps
    Aspect: NTSC / CCIR 601.

I managed to export all of the settings except the Data Rate? If I modify the Data Rate, I have to modify the codec DVCPRO 50 or the 4 Audio Channels.

How do I export with 7.5MB/s without modifying DVCPRO50?

    Hi Rodrigo,
You can not modify the data-rate of the video channel. Is the standard of the codec.
About the Audio, if they are asking “Uncompress” (PCM), there is also nothing you can do,
and every extra Audio channel will increase the data rate.
