    Hi

As far as I know, my project is set up correctly. I don’t have to render audio or video edits, so I know my media is all the correct codec.

However, when layered up, say 12 or more audio tracks, when ever a keyframe is edited that section requires rendering? Thoughts?

    Thanks
    Tom

There’s preferences to set the number of real time audio tracks.

The default might be 8, can’t remember off hand.

If you have many filters on those tracks, it will require a render.

If you have no filters, check your preferences.

User settings…that’s where the Real Time audio tracks are. Yes, it defaults to 8. Set it to 32.
