  what would be the best procedure to prepare HD H264 and DVCPro Clips & what project settings to use to join all ?

  okay, here is the scenario …

  I have to edit three different formats to be married in one timeline:

  H264 1280×720 50fps progressive (possible slomo …)
  H264 1920×1080 25fps upper
  DVCProHD 1080i50 1440×1080 25fps upper

  I suppose it will all be turned into ProRes …

  but what would be the right settings to go?

  is it best to scale everything down to the lowest resolution (1280×720)?
  or can the lower two be blown up to 1920×1080 (85% of the material is shot in that)?

  and what would be the correct pixel aspect ratio?
  the D5 and D7 have a 1.7777777
  while the DVCPro is 1.33333

  anyone out there that could give me a helping hand, please?
