  BrushStroke-Path (Illustrator) to import in AE

  Hi there,
  i want to outline a stroke im Illustrator to import the path into after effects… it’s a stroke with a caligrahic brush… when i select the stroke, go to object>Path>Outline stroke it does not work! ??? it creates an outline, but it’s much smaller and there is no brushstyle applied…
  what a mystery 😉
  is there a trick?

  yes thanks… this tutorial is great… but:

  in fact i’ve had a problem in illustrator… if i want to create an outline from a artistic brush stroke, it doesn’t work…
