  motion clip failing to render

  I am pulling my hair out. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

  I complete a motion3 clip That is three group clip
  emitter at the rear, text in the middle and another emitter at the front.

  I Copy it into FCP6.0. It looks fine in the viewer. I put it in the timeline, it looks fine unrendered. I render it and half way through the front emitter group just disappears. it rolls back like a moving crop.

  I try changing the original motion clip and resaving it, reloading it. exactly the same thing happens.

  I am not sure what to do here…

  Any suggestions??

  Export the clip as a QuickTime movie from Motion and import that file into FCP to cut into the sequence.
