Are the rendered? Do your sequence settings match the properties of the source clips, and what are these settings?

Did you render the transition? Sometimes, even if there’s no render line, the transition needs be rendered.

Make sure “Full” is checked in the Sequence menu > Render All menu, select the transition and render. I’ve seen this jump at the end of a transition before, I’m not sure why it happens, but the render often fixes it.
