  FCP7 shifts field order

  just for information FCP7 now changes field order when using “reverse”. Field order can be changed back using filter “shift fields”. If you are only using the Apple screen for monitoring you will not see it before you put it out interlaced thru a i/o card or make a DVD etc.

  Yes you are right about that , Black magic Intensity but used with earlier version of FCP, same project, same original, no problem, so what is happening you mean? I have the same problem with the BlueRay DVD when showing on my Sony HD TV .

  I think the reverse playback field issue will be fixed when Blackmagic release their drivers for FCP 7 – otherwise its the ‘shift fields’ filter.
