    Hi Andy;
    This “32b floating point” means that the audio will be processed in 32b Floating Point.
    This doesn’t presuppose any sampling rate (32Khz, 44,1Khz, 48Khz..) or bit depth (16b, 24b, 32b,..).

    Thanks. After I posted this, I found where the manual explains it.

    As for video…. If I am editing DVCPRO HD, should I be rendering video in 32bit?

    I think there are no options about that.
    I think is the correct set-up.
    If you are dealing with 16/24b signals you need at least 24b processing.
    32b FP is much better. Much more precise rendering.
