  FCP v.5.0.1

  Can anyone recall if FCP v.5.0.1 had any HDV support? I’ve checked v.5.0.4 and it had 3 HDV codecs listed in the Easy Setups window but I’m stuck trying to remember if v.5.0.1 had any HDV support at all.

  Thanks for the response, Paul. The white paper doesn’t exactly state if v.5.0.1 supported any kind of HDV but it’s an interesting read nonetheless.

  From memory, 5.0.1 could capture hdv but because of its buggy behavior these capabilities were useless.
