  Editing DVCProHD off a Server?

  Hi,
  I’m editing some DVCProHD off of an Ultra320 SCSI.
  I’m having playback issues. The video clips are stuttering. The DV clips off of the server are playing fine. I’m wondering if it’s a computer or server connection issue?

  I’m running a Dual 2GHz G5 with 2.5GB Ram.

  Any suggestions?

  What speed is your array?

  DVCPro HD is only about 3 – 14MB/s

  Sorry, we had the ethernet cable connected from 100mb to 1GB now so it’s wokring all fine.

  My other question is, in the User Preferences under General: what should I limit real-time video to in terms of MB/s?
