  How to fix QuickTime update problem…

  I just recently updated to QuickTime 7.1.6 via software update. Following that any web pages that use Flash video content would not play and displayed a QT logo with a question mark.

  I found a fix for it at the following link:

  There’s a preference from the quicktime system preferences that allows flash playback. It defaults as off.
